Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients using various methods such as market research, referrals, industry events, and networking.
  • Client Engagement: Initiate conversations with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Relationship Building: Foster long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored recruiting solutions.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to define and refine sales strategies, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, challenges, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain a comprehensive database of leads, contacts, and accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, in the Arizona Healthcare Industry.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
