HealthLynked is looking for an Assistant Office Manager to oversee the front desk operations of the Naples Center for Functional Management practice in Naples, FL. Under the direction of our Corporate Operations Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day front office supervision and maintaining medical and staff records. This role supports our three medical providers, a group of nurses, hyperbaric technicians and other staff, and includes front desk duties involving patient intake without the nursing aspect.

Responsibilities

• Manage all front desk responsibilities, assisting with check in and check out procedures for patients
• Order medical and office supplies, along with supplements ordered by providers
• Ensure compliance with company and office policies and procedures
• Participate in marketing events and trade shows. as needed
• Maintain medical and staff records
• Liaise with doctors to improve office operations
• Provide informative material for patients
• Ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations, medical laws and high ethical standards

Skills

• Proven work experience as an office supervisor in a medical environment
• People management skills
• Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative processes and principles
• Ability to handle medical and employee records discretely
• Knowledge of medical issues and terminology
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multi-task and perform well in stressful situations
• Excellent communication skills and a customer service orientation
• Ability to effectively use EMR systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
