Assistant Director of Food Services

Assist with supervising food preparation and service including tray assembly and service line schedules, coordinate production schedules.

Assist with purchase or requisition food, equipment and supplies

Plan and Implement diets and menus

Supervise receiving of food and storage of food

Interview residents and determine specific dietary needs and preferences

Responsible for employee hiring, scheduling, evaluation and termination

Must have prior food service management experience in long term care and follow all state and local food service guidelines
