Health Supply 770, one of Florida's fastest-growing medical supplies companies, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Team Manager to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality medical supplies and equipment, carefully selected by our experienced sales reps and warehouse staff with years of combined experience in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers within the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular onsite visits to healthcare facilities, clinics, and medical offices to understand their needs and challenges.
• Product Knowledge and Consultative Selling:
• Stay informed about the latest medical supplies and equipment in our product portfolio.
• Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of our offerings.
• Offer consultative sales support, understanding customer requirements, and proposing appropriate solutions.
• Sales Target Achievement:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for potential clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate efforts and maximize overall sales performance.
• Order Processing and Follow-up:
• Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to order fulfillment.
• Ensure accurate and timely order processing, working closely with the logistics and customer service teams.
• Market Research:
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to enhance our product offerings.
• Reporting:
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing activities, achievements, and challenges.
• Participate in sales meetings to discuss progress and collaborate on strategies for improvement.

Additional Qualifications:

• Proven experience in medical supplies or related healthcare sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,991.12 - $139,567.76 per year

Compensation package:

• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay
• Uncapped commission
