What We Do

We are a team of home service experts who go the extra mile to ensure peak performance for your home's plumbing, heating and air conditioning and electrical systems.

The Big Task

You will make outbound calls on service invoices and leads not sold in the field and do whatever is necessary to achieve department sales goals.

Key Sub Tasks

    • Creating and maintaining lifelong customer's through project management
    • Follow up on all open estimates while overcoming the customers objection to secure the sale.
    • Review daily reports and ensure that all jobs are built and set up appropriately.
    • Create confidant buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing.
    • Book nonstock parts, update the customer, schedule, and complete the happy call.
    • Responsible for answering customers questions or concerns regarding open estimates.
    • Discuss financing options with customers.⁠
    • Work closely with the Install Coordinators and Trade Managers to maximize revenue each day.
    • Participate in training for growth and development as a professional.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience with Inside Sales is highly desired
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Effective communicator
  • Time management skills Must be an individual driven to achieve their daily, weekly and monthly goals with each trade
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or similar web based programs
