We are looking for a full time Spanish/English speaking Medical Receptionist for our busy medical office located in the northwest side of Chicago.
Willing to train the right candidate!
Qualifications
Basic computer skills
English and Spanish Fluency
Ability to learn quickly and multi-task
Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with the ability to work effectively
Friendly enthusiastic person, who wants to have contact with people
Reliable employee, who understands that patient care comes first
Ability to work in a team environment
Time Management skills
Be organized
Be punctual and reliable
Responsibilities
Registering new patients, verifying proper data entry
Verifying insurance benefits, collecting payments
Scheduling appointments
Answer and screen phone calls and routing phone calls
Obtain copies of insurance cards, driver license
Answer phone calls
Adhere to practice and regulatory mandates around maintaining patient confidentiality
Scanning documents
Filling prescriptions for patients
Schedule Full Time Position:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9:30am-6:00pm
Wednesday 9:30am-1:30pm
Saturday 8:30-2:30pm
*Salary will be determined based upon your experience*
