Headway ABA is Hiring a Director of Business Development Near High Point, NC

Headway ABA is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team in North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, particularly in the field of ABA therapy or related services, and a proven track record of driving business growth and development.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team. The Director of Business Development will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our company through strategic planning, business development initiatives, and effective project management. This role requires a strong understanding of software solutions, negotiation skills, and a proven track record in sales and customer relationship management.

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and increase revenue
- Identify new referral opportunities and partnerships to drive growth
- Lead the development and execution of business development strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key referral sources
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and potential areas for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
- Utilize Monday.com or other CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline management, and customer interactions

Experience:
- Proven experience in strategic planning and business development
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals
- Solid understanding of software solutions and technology trends
- Demonstrated success in sales and customer relationship management
- Familiarity with market analysis tools and techniques
