Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Director to join our team. As the Food Service Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food service operations. This includes managing the dietary department, ensuring high-quality food service, and providing exceptional hospitality to our customers. If you have a passion for culinary excellence, strong leadership skills, and a background in food service management, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the food service operations
- Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our customers
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Train and supervise staff members in proper food handling and preparation techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate banquet events and special functions
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner

Skills:
- Strong background in food service management, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting
- Excellent knowledge of kitchen management principles and practices
- Culinary expertise with the ability to create delicious and nutritious menus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
