As the Food Service Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food service operations. This includes managing the dietary department, ensuring high-quality food service, and providing exceptional hospitality to our customers. Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the food service operations
- Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our customers
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Train and supervise staff members in proper food handling and preparation techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate banquet events and special functions
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
Skills:
- Strong background in food service management, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting
