We provide a locally sourced menu that guests can depend on every time, so cowboy up - it’s time to impress!

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum one (1-2) years line cook experience preferred, steak house experience a plus
• Must be able to read and understand tickets and recipes
• Stand for long periods of time & be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification
