Who You Are
The Bookkeeper position requires a steady, accurate, analytical worker who finds fulfillment in a job well done while working with clients in a courteous, professional manner. Haynie and Company values superior quality, teamwork, exceptional service, work-life balance, loyalty and open, transparent communication.
Required Experience and Skills
- 4 years of proven bookkeeping experience
- Excel and QuickBooks online & desktop version experience
- General ledger accounting
- Client bank reconciliations, payroll, end of month activities experience
- Ability to work with multiple clients is a plus
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Self -starter comfortable working independently
- Excellent attention to detail with strong interpersonal skills
- Computer knowledge
- Outstanding written and communication skills
- Result driven individual
