Supporting the Project Management team this internship is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects and phases of the residential building cycle - from conception to completion. Our projects focus on sustainability, with the majority of our work being new-construction 20-50 unit buildings designed to Passive House certification standards.

Some of the daily tasks you'll have the opportunity to work on will include:

• Develop list of submittals required from each subcontractor or vendor. Produce and submit submittal packages and return reviewed submittals to subcontractor. Maintain submittal
• Review and resolve subcontractor RFI’s, or submit RFI to design team, communicate response. Maintain RFI log in Procore and/or SharePoint
• Work closely with onsite Field Team members, act as liaison between them and PM team
• Determine selections/specifications for materials such as appliances, fixtures, finishes
• Review spec books and catch any submittal errors
• Research and analyze job cost detail report to assist PM with billing and internal job cost
• Prepare backup for billing, change order requests, time & materials tracking at the direction of the
• Complete quantity takeoff on drawings and create finish/fixture
• Request quotes/proposals from Sub Contractors
