Hawx Smart Pest Control is Hiring a Field Agent Sales Near Plano, TX
Job Description
We are a fast growing pest control services company that is looking for leadership. Pay is fair and promotions can be reached quickly. It involves low ticket item sales that is easy to learn and pick up on. No previous sales experience required!
We are searching for outbound sales professionals willing to aid customers and add new General Pest Control accounts along with building our new Sentricon Termite Program.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Complete all training material.
• Attend morning training meetings.
• Be a positive influence to the assigned sales branch.
• Be honest and ethical in all aspects of the job.
• Treat all customers and Hawx employees with respect.
• Serv customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
• Establish new accounts.
• Adjust content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports.
Qualifications and Skills
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Not a remote, work-from-home job.
• Strong work ethic is required.
