Job Overview:

We are taking on more properties and it's time to expand our team! In this position, you will:

– Work with the operations team to define project scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goals.

– Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure the projects remain within schedule and budget.

– Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope or timeline to achieve optimal results.

– Work with the operations manager to oversee every project from start to completion.

– Confidently interact with our new buyers/property owners, contractors, and fellow team members.

– Deepen partnerships with outside resources, including third-party contractors and county officials.

This role involves a diverse range of responsibilities that are constantly changing, which can often present challenges each day. Although some tasks may repeat, they are not scheduled in a rigid manner. To be successful in this position, you must be able to adapt quickly to address urgent matters while prioritizing efforts to promote the company's growth trajectory.

Job Responsibilities:

– Monitor the daily progress of projects and communicate detailed updates to the operations manager and various stakeholders.

– Actively look for ways to streamline the operations department and provide other departments with the resources needed to understand the various stages of a project's progress.

– Organize reports, invoices, contracts, and other project files for easy access.

– Undertake other project tasks as required.

Education, Experience, and Skills:

– High school diploma or GED required

– Ability to express or communicate a message or information clearly and effectively.

– Project Management:

  • Ability to plan, organize, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay on track and meet deadlines

– Adaptability:

  • Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities, unexpected circumstances, and evolving project requirements in a fast-paced environment

– Problem-Solving Abilities:

  • Capacity to identify issues, analyze options, and implement effective solutions to overcome challenges that may arise during land development projects

– Negotiation Skills:

  • Ability to negotiate terms, contracts, and agreements with contractors and other stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes for the company

– Financial Management:

  • Basic understanding of budgeting principles and financial management to monitor project expenses, track costs, and ensure projects stay within budgetary constraints

– Knowledge of Rural Land Management:

  • Understanding of land use regulations, zoning laws, and conservation practices relevant to rural properties

Basic Requirements:

– A clean background checks
