Important Note:

- Candidate must be willing to travel to jobsites in Texas and out of state. Usual site visits are one or two nights trip (Company will pay for all travel related expenses)

Job Description:

- Order placement, pricing information

- Provide General Contractor, Owners with submittals, product data and spec sheets

- Conduct site safety visits

- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and construction standards.

- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of work.

- Monitor project progress, provide updates and coordinate with Project Manager, Superintendent and Foreman.

- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents to ensure accuracy and quality with field production.

- Utilize construction management software to track project documentation, RFIs, change orders, and submittals.

Skills

- Proficiency in On Screen Take Off, Bluebeam, Procore or other construction management software

- Blueprint reading skills to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
