Job Description: Order Entry Specialist

Hasty Bake and HBI Services is a thriving and rapidly expanding manufacturing company. Our company is a family-owned company. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Order Entry Data Specialist. You will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining orders into our computerized system. This plays a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient order processing.

Responsibilities:
-Enter customer orders into the computer system with accuracy and efficiency
-Verify the accuracy of order information, including product codes, quantities, and pricing
-Collaborate with other departments to resolve any order discrepancies or issues
-Maintain organized and up-to-date files of customer orders and related documentation
-Assist with data collection and analysis for order tracking purposes
-Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed
-Perform general office tasks such as typing, filing, and photocopying

- Purchasing hardware responsibilities

Experience:

• Some understanding and/or exposure to reading blueprints
• Exposure to and understanding of ERP systems
• Proficient computer skills
• Highly organized
• Good verbal and email communication skills
• High level of integrity and discretion with an ability to responsibly handle sensitive and confidential information
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic math skills for accurate order calculations
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing
• Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred
• A general understanding of metal fabrication processes is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
