Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our computer systems. This is a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data.

Responsibilities:

- Audit existing records/personnel files
- Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently
- Verify data for completeness and accuracy
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Transcribe information from various sources into digital format
- Provide administrative support as needed

Skills:
- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Clerical skills, including filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred

- Other office/administrative duties may arise during the completion of this project that are not currently listed.

Job Type: Temporary
