We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Fulfillment Associate to join our team. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders, maintaining inventory records, and providing administrative support to the fulfillment department. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient order fulfillment.

This position reuires ability to be able to lift 10-30 pounds boxes.

Responsibilities:
- Process incoming orders and ensure accuracy of order details
- Prepare orders for shipment, including packaging and labeling
- Maintain inventory records and conduct regular stock checks
- Assist with data entry tasks, including order entry and updating customer information
- Organize and maintain files and documentation related to orders and shipments
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve any order or inventory discrepancies
- Provide general administrative support to the fulfillment department as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in data entry and basic math skills
- Ability to transcribe information accurately
- Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing and record-keeping
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or similar software for data analysis
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
