About the Job

As Hospitality Marketing Intern, you will contribute to the success of Harwood Hospitality. The Marketing Intern will work closely with the Marketing Manager to build marketing plans and act as support to ensure campaigns and projects are completed at their highest level. This role has a unique opportunity to be involved in all aspects of marketing across all entities of Harwood International, primarily focused on the hospitality group.

Job Responsibilities

This role will support from start-to-finish on all marketing & PR campaigns with ownership of key functions such as: 

• Planning and managing creative marketing & PR campaign assets including photography, videography, graphic design, and copywriting 
• Helping to build the social media content strategy and reviewing monthly calendars for Harwood Hospitality, Harwood District, and Harwood International
• Assist in the planning and production of events
• Contribute to the creation of creative and compelling email campaigns and newsletters
• Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions
• Assist in gathering data for marketing reports
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes
• Assist the Marketing Coordinator with accounting
• Manage and update brands’ websites regularly 
• Coordinate print collateral needs 
• Assist with daily administrative duties
• Ensure brand standards are met and information updated across all platforms including social media, graphic design, websites, and third-party listings
• Create and maintain monthly project progress boards
• Maintain image library 

Required Education & Skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines 
• An open mind to adapt to timely strategic changes

• Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
• Must have extensive knowledge of computers and document management software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive
• Strong knowledge of Graphic Design
