USSSA is Hiring a Remote Social Media and Marketing Intern - DFW
Are you interested in assisting with the development and execution of an integrated marketing strategy to support one of the largest softball organizations? DFW Fastpitch is excited to offer a 5-month long internship with our DFW Fastpitch Marketing team. As a Marketing Intern, you'll leverage data, consumer insights, and market research to understand target segments and support the development of creative messaging. You’ll
also receive hands-on experience creating authentic content for various mediums.

What you will be doing:
- Prepare and/or present written, oral, and electronic proposals to management staff.
- Works collaboratively with other departments to identify opportunities and challenges for promoting the DFW Fastpitch brand and improving its reputation among customers and stakeholders.
- Assist with the development of integrated marketing campaigns, including traditional and digital advertising, social media, print, video, and events.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders, cross-functional team members and external partners.
- Create authentic and real time content for various mediums.
What you need:
- Must be an active student in a bachelor's degree program in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field at an accredited college or university.
- Three (2) letters of reference
- Possession of a valid class C driver's license.
- 18 years of age or older.
What we desire:
- A hardworking individual with a flexible weekend schedule. Schedule is not typical. You would be present on days of events to photograph, interview and film.
- An understanding of various social media sites (X, Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
