- Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Act as the first point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support in a professional and friendly manner.
- Deliver excellent customer service and have a natural ability to problem-solve.
- Manage high volume incoming order processing.
- Accurately enter orders into our systems and respond to inquiries from customers and employees via phone, email, and chat.
- Act with a sense of urgency responding to customers and employees.
- Creates a high level of customer satisfaction through exhibiting both technical and customer skills.
- Demonstrates a positive can-do professional image and attitude in front of customers and colleagues always.
- Help with other duties as needed.
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED); and one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
