Summary/ObjectiveResponsible for providing administrative and clerical support to Human Resources Department as needed. Perform typing, filing, performing duties such as record keeping and working on special projects. In addition, assemble of highly confidential and sensitive information. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload. Essential FunctionReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Organize and prioritize large volumes of informationHandle confidential and non-routine informationWork independently and within a team on ongoing projects. Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.QualificationsMust have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)Exceptional problem solving abilities.Strong organizational skills and able to effectively handle multiple tasks at one time.Effective interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with a diverse work group.Strong verbal and written skills Work requires continual attention to detail in composing. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position does have supervisory responsibilities.Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.Physical Demands1. Constantly moves about to coordinate work2.
