Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Department: Sales
Reports to: Sales Manager
Employment Status: Full-Time/Non-Exempt
Primary Purpose: The Sales Coordinator is responsible for assisting the sales team with daily sales tasks; assist with data entry, customer service, communication between departments and business development.
Essential Functions
- Assists the sales team in servicing all accounts
- Enters orders and answers customer inquiries
- Answers phones
- Assists with filing
- Serves as backup for sales representatives during their absences
- Communicates with production, shipping and procurement teams to provide superior customer service to our account base
- Utilizes team building and communication skills to create strong department and company- wide relationships
- Run daily reports for the Sales team
- Constantly strives to develop skill-sets necessary to meet departmental and company goals
- Other duties assigned as necessary; responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in similar role
- Knowledge of produce, a plus
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Must be a team player
- Must have a sense of urgency
- Must possess strong organizational and planning skills
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; as well as a superior attention to detail
- Must have a dependable and reliable work ethic with strong interpersonal skills
- Expert proficiency in company systems Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Famous knowledge, preferred

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
