Overall Responsibilities of the Direct Sales Associate:

• Provide information about the products and services of Hart Ranch Camping Resort Club (HRCR) to potential Members in order to increase the sales of the company.
• Meets or exceeds Member service expectations.
• Works well with other team members.
• Adheres to Hart Ranch Camping Resort Employee Handbook and Employee Safety Manual.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

The Direct Sales Associate will:

• Meet with potential members to describe and sell Hart Ranch Camping Resort Club products or services. Complete all forms accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Convert leads to sales of memberships.
• Provide support in developing long-term relationships with potential Members.
• Assist in the development and execution of sales programs.
• Have full knowledge of customers and product.

• Provide management with creative solutions and ideas.
• Participate in events, trade fairs, campaigns and conferences relating to the product or industry.
• Collect feedback from potential and current Members to access possible improvements to existing products and also the need for new products.
• Be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, clinic management and sales staff.
• Enter new sales into membership software.

• Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
• Assist members with membership upgrades, transfers, Associate Member additions, etc.
• Generalized office administrative duties including filing and record management.
• Attend and assist with off-campus sales promotions
• Assist members with storage contracts
