Overall Responsibilities of the Comfort Station Housekeeper:

• Assures that the comfort stations are tidy, sanitary, and have all of the necessary supplies.
• Meets or exceeds Member service expectations.
• Works well with other team members.
• Adheres to Hart Ranch Camping Resort Employee Handbook and Employee Safety Manual.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

The Comfort Station Housekeeper Will:

• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, showers, and sinks according to checklist and time specifications.
• Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas.
• Transport janitorial supplies and cleaning supplies. .
• Sweep, scrub, wax, and/or polish floors, using brooms, mops, and/or powered scrubbing and waxing machines.
• Dust and polish shelving, ledges, and equipment.
• Keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidy.
• Polish silver accessories and metalwork such as fixtures and fittings.
• Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork, waxing and polishing as necessary.
• Notify supervisor concerning the need for major repairs or additions to comfort station operating systems
• Observe precautions required to protect Hart Ranch Members property, and report damage, theft, and found articles to supervisors.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Remove debris from driveways and all public areas inside or out.
• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper products, and bathroom items.

Minimum of 16 years of age. Must be a motivated self-starter. Ability to lift 30 pounds. Frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays & special events as needed.
