Harris & Bruno International (H&B), a printing equipment and spare parts manufacturer, is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant.

FUNCTIONS:

• Process sales orders, quotes, and other internal documents.
• Data entry.
• Organizing records and information.
• Assisting HR with some basic functions with new hires, payroll, company events, etc.
• Filing
• Perform other administrative duties as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong computer skills.
• Good organization skills and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• One to two years relevant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
