We are excited to announce that we are looking for an outstanding veterinary receptionist to join our team. We work hard and love taking care of our patients! Our ideal candidate will have a team mentality and goal oriented attitude, possess critical thinking skills, a desire to learn and a willingness to provide exceptional customer service to all of our clients. Our office stays in high demand, so be prepared to hit the ground running with us!
Our Reception Team is the control center of our hospital. Responsibilities include maintaining the daily flow of appointments, patients and clients in the practice in an organized and timely manner. Our Reception Team helps process prescription refill requests, including flea/tick and heartworm preventative, to our Medical Team. Scheduling, record keeping, documentation and processing payments are daily activities of our Reception Team.
Must be available Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm (shift varies) and a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
