We're seeking a part-time evening and weekend Front Desk Receptionist to work at both our Kingston Pike and Parkside Drive locations. We have an excellent work culture, and very much work as a team. We are looking for someone reliable, organized, with prior dealership specific receptionist experience.

Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Nothing past 8 pm

Must be at least 18 yrs of age

Responsibilities include:

Answering and directing inbound phone traffic to the appropriate department

Creating new and transfer registrations for purchased vehicles

Maintain an organized work environment

Update phone extension sheet and distribute to department heads bi-monthly

Organize and manage spare key files for new & pre-owned vehicles

Help create reception schedule when needed

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
