What’s the position?

We are looking for a QA Manager to join our quickly growing product and technology teams. As a QA Manager, you will work as part of our team to lead a team of manual QA professionals along with a team of automation engineers focused on API and Performance automation. The role requires an individual that’s dedicated to the customer’s experience, able to clearly voice and document issues and concerns within their testing teams, and is passionate about sports. You will be responsible for the quality, scope, and timeliness of all your team’s deliverables. Because we operate with a startup mindset, we will be reliant on your skills, but also your passion and ownership over all aspects of your work.

As a QA Manager , your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead as well as be hands on to design, develop, and execute load testing scenarios using Locust to simulate real-world user traffic and measure system performance under various load conditions. Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks, resource utilization, and scalability limitations.
  • Work closely with development teams to create tickets for implementing performance optimizations based on load testing results and performance profiling.
  • Work with Devops/NOC to implement monitoring solutions to track key performance metrics, system health indicators, and resource utilization in production environments. Configure alerting mechanisms to proactively identify performance
  • Collaborate with system architects and operations teams to forecast capacity requirements, scale infrastructure resources, and plan for future growth based on performance testing results, historical data analysis, and business projections.
  • Work with team to Create comprehensive documentation including test plans, test cases, performance analysis reports, and recommendations for performance improvements. Present findings, recommendations, and actionable insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Work closely with product and development teams to ensure features and content are fully tested
  • Working with the development team to correct bugs and errors
  • Learn our application(s) inside and out and become subject matter experts

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is extremely well organized and willing to tackle problems with innovative ideas and solutions. We believe the perfect candidate isn’t interested in just what we’re building right now, but wants to understand where we’re going and how it impacts the customer to ensure everything we create moves us closer to our goal: delivering the best customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have:.

  • At least 2 years of professional experience as a QA Manager
  • Hands on experience in using test tools like of DevTools, Postman, Browserstack, emulators etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong hands on knowledge of test management software and QA role in SDLC
  • Hands-on experience with load testing tools such as Locust, Pytest, JMeter, Taurus or similar tool
  • Proficiency in Python programming and scripting for test automation and performance testing
  • Experience with performance monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Good team working and collaboration skills
  • Team spirit: strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Good time-management skills
  • Self-driven, meticulous, and ability to prioritize in a complex and fast-paced environment
  • A passion about all things sports betting and casino
