We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst (QA Analyst) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for playing a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our products and systems.

About Routefusion:

Routefusion is the first embedded cross-border payments company founded by software engineers for software engineers. Our customers rely on Routefusion to send millions (working on billions) of dollars, euros, pounds, pesos, etc. over our APIs and web application every year.

Routefusion's platform enables neo-banks, payroll providers, platforms, and marketplaces to begin offering cross-border payments to their customers in as quickly as two days.

Responsibilities:

• Design, create, and execute test plans to identify and report software defects

• Analyze test results and diagnose the root cause of issues

• Collaborate with developers to resolve defects and ensure timely fixes

• Maintain clear and concise documentation of testing activities

• Be the acting gatekeeper between purgatory and production which protects our product and our customers

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process

• Stay up-to-date on the latest testing methodologies and tools

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a QA Analyst role (or relevant experience)

• Experience using Postman

• Clear understanding of JSON

• Experience testing RESTful or GraphQL APIs

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and report defects accurately

• Effective communication and collaboration skills

• Proficiency in testing methodologies and tools (a plus)

• Experience with automation testing tools (a plus)
