Hansen and Associates is Hiring a Front Office Receptionist Near Cheyenne, WY

Hansen and Associates is an office of Mental Health Therapists looking for a Receptionist to share the work Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Candidate must be energetic, friendly, dependable, and professional with a polite demeanor and positive attitude. Previous experience working in an office setting highly preferred.

Duties include but are not limited to:

· Greeting Clients, Staff and Vendors

· Answering Multi-line Phone

· Process Outgoing Mail

· Maintain inventory and order supplies for office

· Scheduling Appointments

· Keep office orderly, neat, and well stocked

· Insurance Verification and Prior Authorization

· Scanning, printing, copying, faxing documents

· Run errands

· Other misc. office/admin/clerical items as assigned

· Maintain/Update HIPPA material and training within the office

· Receive and Process client payments

Job Type: Full-time

Starting Salary: $13.00/hour

Experience:

· customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

· office administration: 1 year (Preferred)

· receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
