Industry leading, employee-owned insulation company is looking for a dependable, career-orientated individual to join our team as a Receptionist in our Cheyenne, Wyoming Branch Office.

This individual will be the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors, so they must maintain professionalism, friendliness, helpfulness, accuracy, and dependability at all times.

The Receptionist is responsible for a variety of duties, including

· Direct incoming calls

· Process mail

· Data and timecard entry

· Organize invoices

· Assist with hiring process

· Calendar management/ employee time off

· A variety of special projects

Minimum Qualifications:

• Punctuality and ability to maintain a regular in-office work schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people including clients, employees, and office visitors
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize simultaneous requests
• Demonstrated attention to detail, task follow-through, and willingness to develop new skills
• High degree of initiative and willingness to take on additional tasks and responsibilities

Pay: From $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
