Hanlin Rainaldi Construction is a growing Columbus, Ohio based commercial General Contractor.
We are seeking a candidate to fill a Project Manager role within our company. We specialize in ground-up construction, tenant improvements, and metal buildings. The markets we serve include office, religious, athletic, industrial, retail, restaurant and medical.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
● Oversee and manage construction projects from project turn-over through completion
● Directly responsible for profit/loss, creating and meeting project schedule, and job cost control/adherence, contractual performance
● Issue all subcontracts and change orders
● Approve all requests for subcontractor payments
● Communicate directly with all parties through duration of project including architect, engineers and clients
● Safety is a top priority.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
● Bachelor’s degree or similar experience
● Must have over 2 years of experience managing construction projects and extensive knowledge of construction means and methods.
● Must be able to understand and interpret safety laws and uphold company policies/standards
● Must be able to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize performance
● Ability to Communicate effectively with others
