Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in the fast casual/fast food industry. Compensation will be based upon experience and there is room to grow within this company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the establishment
- Oversee food production, kitchen operations, and food handling procedures
- Conduct interviews and hire staff, including assistant managers, cooks, and kitchen help
- Ensure high-quality service standards are maintained
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability
- Handle customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment
Skills:
- Previous experience in restaurant leadership roles
- Strong interviewing and hiring skills. Scheduling employees to meet restaurant percentages.
- Knowledge of food production processes and kitchen operations
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
