Tired of working late nights? HangoverEasy is a busy breakfast bar currently hiring for an experienced Assistant General Manager who has a great attitude and passion for hospitality. This person will work closely with the General Manager and be responsible for daily operations within the restaurant. Responsibilities include but are not limited to schedule writing, daily food, beverage & paper goods ordering, weekly inventory, training, development and performance management of employees. The main focus will be on front of house operations and guest satisfaction with kitchen operations coming in second. Assistant General Manager must be able to maintain operations in the absence of the General Manager.
This is a salaried position with employer paid health insurance, and one week paid vacation after 6 months of employment. Work schedule is mostly days (starting as early as 6 AM) with the occasional night for events. Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to work weekends. Prior experience is a must and experience with coaching and/or training is a big plus. This is a great position for someone looking to advance as we open more locations.
