Hänel Storage Systems is a global leader in the manufacturing of automated vertical storage systems. We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized Administrator to join our Applications team.

Role Overview:
As an Applications Administrator, you will play a crucial role, as part of a team supporting Applications Specialists to facilitate seamless sales, design, and order processing of Hänel equipment and services. This position involves coordinating communications, managing project registrations, processing orders, maintaining detailed and accurate reports, delivering superior customer service, and contributing to the day-to-day operations of the Applications Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating Incoming Communications: Manage and organize incoming communications efficiently.
• Project Registration: Oversee the registration of projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Order Processing: Facilitate the smooth processing of orders, adhering to established procedures.
• Detailed Accurate Reporting: Maintain detailed and accurate records and reports to support decision-making processes.
• Superior Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to Hänel Regional Managers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in Day-to-Day Operations: Collaborate with the team to support various day-to-day operations within the Applications Department.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education/Training:

• Degree in Business or related field preferred.

Business Experience:

• 2 years’ experience in office administration.
• Extraordinarily strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on precision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience a plus
• Proficiency in typing, 40-50 WPM.
• Technical background is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
