Handcrafted Wine & Spirits is a privately-owned distributor of wine and spirits and is seeking to hire an experienced Operations Specialist. This position facilitates and promotes the flow of work throughout all departments within the business, optimizing daily activities and performance of the business across the board. Handcrafted Wine & Spirits is a growing company with a casual, fun work environment and a staff that is passionate about wine and spirits. This is a full-time, on-site position in our Tulsa, OK warehouse.
Responsibilities for Operations Specialist:
- Assist the business operations manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating functions relating to the operation of the business.
- Coordinates with different departments to achieve optimal work production across the board.
- Sales Support – assist with order processing, sample requests, respond to sales team questions/inquiries.
- Supplier Support – field supplier data requests, inventory inquiries, accounts payable questions.
- Customer Support – answer phones, field customer inquiries, maintain customer records.
- Accounts Receivable – process and monitor customer payments, facilitate supplier reimbursements.
- Accounts Payable – process/record supplier and logistics bills.
- Inventory Management – assist with product setup and monitoring of inventory levels.
- ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) – set up and maintain ERP records for customers, suppliers, and products within our back-office business operations system.
- Maintaining a casual or formal familiarity with wine and spirits is encouraged.
- A combination of education and/or relevant work experience in business or sales operations.
- Strong problem-solving and organization/time management skills.
- Good people and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficient in technology, especially Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word).
- Detail Oriented.
- Physically capable of standing or sitting for extended hours each workday.

- Starting Salary = $42,000 to $48,000 annually.
