PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Processing credit card applications and opening new accounts in accordance with established procedures and policies.
Conducting card maintenance, including updating cardholder data and account information, monitoring account activity, and processing cardholder requests for changes to account settings.
Responding to inquiries from cardholders or internal employees regarding research on account or transactions and providing excellent customer service.
Adhere to all relevant regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, the Truth in Lending Act, The Card Act of 2003, Regulation E and OFAC. Maintain the highest level of data security and confidentiality. Conducting cardholder verification and authentication processes, and escalating issues or concerns as necessary.
Performing daily reconciliations of card transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data, and identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Supporting card program performance by reviewing reports and trends as well as entering debit card disputes in EAccess and working with internal customers to very correct information in coming in.
Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain the smooth functioning of the card program.
Performing other duties as assigned by management.
