Pay Range: $45,000-$60,000 (Includes salary and incentive bonus pay)

As the Spa Sales Manager, you will direct and organize the overall sales operations of the spa to create an amazing experience for each and every one of our guests and team members. Our ideal Manager will understand the necessity of collaboration and guide the staff to operate with peak efficiency through coordination, communication, and cooperation.
The individual in this position is responsible and accountable for certain aspects of daily sales operations with a focus on achieving sales targets (with an eye for effective marketing strategies) and delivering an exceptional level of customer service.
