Pay Range: $45,000-$60,000 (Includes salary and incentive bonus pay)

What You'll Be Working On:

As the Spa Sales Manager, you will direct and organize the overall sales operations of the spa to create an amazing experience for each and every one of our guests and team members. Our ideal Manager will understand the necessity of collaboration and guide the staff to operate with peak efficiency through coordination, communication, and cooperation.

The individual in this position is responsible and accountable for certain aspects of daily sales operations with a focus on achieving sales targets (with an eye for effective marketing strategies) and delivering an exceptional level of customer service. Day-to-Day Activities and Responsibilities:

• Overcome objections during the sales process and increase membership base
• Ensure high degree of customer satisfaction, address customer dissatisfaction, resolve service complaints.
• Hire, train, supervise, develop, mentor all team members according to Hand & Stone policies and procedures.
• Motivate and empower the team to achieve high standards.

• Perform data analysis that drives business decisions and success
• Use sound judgment, work independently, and with minimal supervision.

• Track staff schedules efficiently to optimize capacity, revenue, and profits.
• Maintain the utmost cleanliness and soothing ambience of the premises

• Manage inventory effectively
