Hana Technologies, Inc. is Hiring a 3rd shift Production Supervisor Near Solon, OH
- Provide daily production support to Operators. Supervise Operators to assure that the Safety, Quality, Productivity and Housekeeping is accomplished in support of the customer.
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Three to Five Years of Supervision skills
- Understanding of the manufacturing process.
- Supervise 20 to 25 employees across multiple shifts.
- Daily/Weekly scheduling of production assignments.
- Communication and Maintenance of hourly operator Time and Attendance.
- Initiation and oversight of training needs for operators.
- Provide immediate feedback to operators for Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Housekeeping needs.
- Maintain integrity of product and material transactions.
- Proactively escalate need for support from other departments.
- Actively seek to maximize operator/equipment utilization
- Participate and/or lead Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Ensures that all shifts are staffed with personnel in charge of, or delated responsibility for, ensuring conformity to customer & product requirements
- Other duties as assigned.
- Four Year College Degree preferred
- Computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic understanding of spreadsheets
- Ability to lead people with respect, collaboration, and integrity
- Ability to understand and uphold Safety, ESD, Clean room gowning, and ISO protocols
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Superior organization and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Office products
