As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional guest service during the overnight shift. Duties:
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management and other departments
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with the check-in and check-out process as needed
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide guests with accurate information
- Ensure the safety and security of guests by monitoring the premises during the overnight shift
Requirements:
-MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKENDS
- Previous experience in guest services or front desk operations is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and procedures
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Proficient in computer systems, including hotel management software
