As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional manner
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Assist guests with booking reservations, including room upgrades and special requests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and escalate as necessary
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Multilingual skills are a plus, especially proficiency in languages commonly spoken by hotel guests
- Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures is desirable
- Familiarity with phone systems and computer software used in the hospitality industry
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
