Job Title: Office Manager/Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant

Location: Downtown, San Diego, CA

Rate of Pay: DOE

Our San Diego Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking candidates with 3-5 years’ experience to fill a Officer Manager/Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant role at the firm.

We are looking for someone to join our team that has experience in a business or law firm environment as a office manager/bookkeeper. The perfect person who would fit our team would be extremely self-sufficient, motivated, eager to learn, able to multi-task, and be a pleasant person to be around.

Experience/Skills

  • Excellent grammatical and spelling skills
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Knowledge and mastery of Quickbooks
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Able to manage priorities and workflow
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to multi-task

Duties

  • Manage the bank accounts of the firm
  • Ensure all bills are paid
  • Writing weekly checks from a variety of different accounts
  • Inputting bills owed into Quickbooks
  • Tracking credit card payments to the appropriate client
  • Managing the staff within the company
  • Accounting and processing payroll
  • Coordinate with the commerical building we are located in with any requests or issues they may have
  • Filing and payment of taxes
  • Coordinating insurances for the firm
  • Maintaining W-9s for the firm for 1099s
  • Accounting for costs due for a client when a case settles
  • Tracking check deposits
  • Setting up new employees
  • Managing accounts for firm including telephone, internet, television, zoom, and subscription services
  • Assisting in finding vendors for the firm
  • & much more!

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
