Hammond Services in Griffin GA has an immediate opening for a CSR to join our team. As our company grows we need good people who want to provide exceptional support to our team and service to our customers .

As the first contact for our company both on the phone and in person, you will be setting the example for the quality and professionalism of our company.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar position where they have been responsible for greeting visitors and working with a multi-line phone system.

Prior experience making outbound sales calls is desired.

Characteristics desired are a friendly, outgoing personality, pleasant phone voice, ability to deal with customer issues in a friendly, professional manner, awareness of surroundings, seeing what needs to be done, and taking care of it.

Compensation : $14.00 - $16.00 p / hr DOE

Qualifications :

• Prior experience working in a busy office setting
• Experience in managing a multi-line phone system
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
• Must pass drug and background screens
