We are currently looking for an HVAC Service Manager to join our team.

Work Hours: Hours are 7a - 5p Monday - Friday. There is a requirement to be on call and available to address emergency situations which may arise after hours.

As HVAC Service Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Overseeing inventory and equipment maintenance
• Working with the sales team to generate new business opportunities
• Budget/KPI implementation and tracking
• Ability to hire motivate and train a team of HVAC technicians
• Ability to create strategy and goals for team productivity and quality of work
• Management of HVAC maintenance and service teams to ensure quality onsite
• Understanding the sales criteria and holding your team accountable for exceeding revenue goals

• Must have EPA
• Valid driver's license and no more than 3 points on MVR
• Must pass background and drug screens
• Must have experience leading people and processes to get profit results
• Strong in depth knowledge and understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong computer skills

Pay Range: This is an exempt position with compensation determined based on the candidate's experience.
