Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of roofing sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and expand market share.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the roofing or construction industry is preferred.
