Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager at Hamamatsu, you will:
- Champion Excellence: Recommend, review, and enforce Hamamatsu project policies and procedures, ensuring we maintain the highest standards.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead project teams, including recruiting, training, and coaching members. You'll communicate job expectations, establish and report project-based metrics, and plan compensation actions when necessary.
