Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager at Hamamatsu, you will:

  • Champion Excellence: Recommend, review, and enforce Hamamatsu project policies and procedures, ensuring we maintain the highest standards.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead project teams, including recruiting, training, and coaching members. You'll communicate job expectations, establish and report project-based metrics, and plan compensation actions when necessary.
  • Operational Excellence: Contribute to strategic project plans, implement best practices, and resolve challenges to achieve operational objectives. Identify trends and recommend system improvements.
  • Financial Stewardship: Manage project budgets, forecasting requirements, and monitoring expenditures. Take action on variances and collaborate with vendors as needed.
  • Continuous Growth: Stay updated by participating in educational opportunities, earning industry-recommended certifications, reading professional publications, and networking within your industry.
