Leading global alternative investment asset manager is seeking a TTP administrator to support a real estate managing director and their team of 6. The hours are 8am-6pm and requires 5 days onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Calendar management for the director and his team
- Plan domestic and international travel
- Manage expsenses for the team
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed in the office
Qualifications:
- 2 years administrative experience in a corporate setting
- BA preferred
- Tech savvy, spcificaslly in Outlook and Certify
- Flexible attitude - willing to help with whatever comes up in the office
- High attention to detail
