HAIX® boots are German engineered like no other boot in the world and we operate internationally, employing over 1300 people across the globe.Job DescriptionPlease note we are currently seeking candidates based in FLORIDA ONLY.Our North American headquarters is in Lexington, Kentucky but you will manage your own territory remotely with quarterly business reviews in office.As a Territory Manager with us, you will be responsible for business development, existing account maintenance and growth as well as B2B/B2C sales within your market. Solely responsible for the following states: (VA, NC, SC, GA, AL, MS, TN & FL) You will handle sales and marketing budgeting and planning alongside consistent analysis of your numbers, sales and goals. This position reports to the President, Vice President and Sales Director of HAIX North America, Inc.Establish new accounts/service existing accounts and obtain ordersTravel expectation of approximately 90% of the work yearOrganize schedule daily/weekly/monthly to call on existing and potential new customer accountsTraining & support maintenance and ongoing economic analysis of dealer networksImplement and manage “Weartest” program with key accountsAttend regional and/or national trade shows and 3-4 period (internal) sales meetings as requiredUpdate and inform management and sales team on activity and status within your territoryForecast development and vision for your market, including competitive analysis and market researchAchieve revenues as planned in the forecastMaintain an average of 8 customer visits per week, providing “visit reports” by the end of each dayComply with the HAIX brand image (clothing, sample bags, car logo, etc.)Manage territory sales and goals and analyze monthly sales numbers/turnoverWork with dealers to control stock, customer offers and price listsCollaborate with distribution regarding special product needs and order processing from Germany QualificationsYou truly LOVE to travel, live life on the road, perhaps were even a nomad in a former life.
