In addition to new products, the Business Development role works with existing products and customers, trying to find the most effective strategy into the market and customers. The Business Development individual builds relationships, not only with outside customers, but within the company. Growth and success will be dependent on new products, a broad variety of product sold at the account level, new customers for products, effective communication and a spirit of cooperation between all parties.
