Position: Litigation Paralegal
As a Litigation Paralegal with our firm, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in all phases of the litigation process.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analyze relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles.
- Assist in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Manage case files, organize documents, and maintain accurate records
- Provide administrative support such as filing, copying, and data entry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies or related field preferred.
- Certification as a paralegal preferred.
- Prior experience in a litigation paralegal role preferred.
- Proficiency in legal research tools preferred and MS Office Suite.
