Position: Litigation Paralegal

As a Litigation Paralegal with our firm, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in all phases of the litigation process.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and analyze relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles.
  • Assist in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Manage case files, organize documents, and maintain accurate records
  • Provide administrative support such as filing, copying, and data entry.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies or related field preferred.
  • Certification as a paralegal preferred.
  • Prior experience in a litigation paralegal role preferred.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools preferred and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
